“Eleanor” - $4,500
Beautiful 70’ x 35’ barn that will accommodate a maximum of 176 for a sit down meal, but 150 or less is optimal.
Time on the day before and day after the wedding for decorating and clean up.
Tables and chairs. (Twenty two 5' tables, one hundred seventy six white padded chairs, and one 8' table)
30 ceremonial benches
Beautiful Fire Pit (Firewood includes, Harmony Hill Staff will light the fire upon request)
An abundance of space for celebration tents, lawn games, wedding, and reception.
Plenty of off road parking.
Bathrooms supplied with toilet paper, soap and paper towels.
Walking paths through the pastures and adjoining woods.
Bridal suite with a bathroom…this is a great place for the bridal party to get ready for the wedding.

Day of Coordinator services
Introduce you to trusted wedding vendors and venues
Help & give input with schedule for the wedding day
Help organize and space the processional line-up
Help pin on boutonnières and corsages
Keep track of the marriage license, ritual items, and etc
Make sure set-up and décor for ceremony and reception is as planned
Serve as the point person for every vendor (so couple doesn’t have to)
Verify that things like favors and place cards receive proper placement
Turn on lights and/or candles
Meet & greet rental vendors that are dropping off items prior to the wedding (tents, tablecloths, napkins, silverware, glasses, etc.)
Direct schedule of events to keep the wedding flowing smoothly and on schedule
Assist with guest management
Respond to any last-minute emergencies or changes
“Josephine” - $5,500
Everything listed in “Cary Jane” package, “Day After Clean Up” & Two Parking Attendants
Day After Clean Up – Barn will be cleaned completely. Decorations and/or personal items will be boxed and ready for couples to pick up from 2:00pm-4:00pm. (Please note that this includes beverage clean up but not food clean up as any food and/or plates & silverware should be taken care of the night before by you or your caterers.)
2 Parking Attendants – Attendants arrive 1 hour before the wedding and stay until all guests arrive.
We are a space only venue. You must provide caterers and set up & clean up crew.
Brides and grooms must purchase event insurance and provide Harmony Hill Farm with proof of insurance.
Caterers must be licensed and insured. Alcohol must be served by insured bartenders.
We do have Pay Pal and credit card payment options.
