Each wedding package includes exclusive use of our stunning 70’ x 35’ barn, which comfortably seats up to 120 guests for a sit-down meal. You’ll also enjoy expansive outdoor space perfect for celebration tents, lawn games, a ceremony site, and other outdoor festivities. A cozy fire pit—stocked with plenty of wood—is nearby and can be lit by Harmony Hill staff upon request. Ample on-site parking is also available for your guests’ convenience.
Included in your rental is access to the venue the day before your wedding for decorating, and the day after for pick up of your packed decor & personal items. For getting ready, we offer a charming “Wedding Suite” featuring two rooms and a spacious bathroom, as well as a second getting ready area known as the “Grain Room.”
We provide gorgeous farm tables and chairs, wooden benches for your ceremony, five high-top tables, and a ceremony arbor. Our clean, roomy restrooms even offer a picturesque view of the surrounding farmland—just one more detail that makes Harmony Hill a truly unforgettable setting.
Josephine- $6875
This package includes a friendly parking attendant to welcome and direct your guests, a fantastic cleanup crew to handle everything upon the conclusion of your reception, and our exceptional Tier One wedding coordination services to help your day run smoothly from start to finish.
Cary Jane- $7350
Our “Cary Jane” package includes everything listed in the “Josephine” package plus a two night stay at our historical farmhouse the night before the event and the night of. If you wish to start decorating early, you may purchase an extra night to gain access to the barn a day early. The farmhouse has 5 gorgeous bedrooms (sleeps 10) and has 3 bathrooms.
You must also sign a separate lease agreement for rental of the HHF farmhouse.

Sadie belle $8225
Our “Sadie Belle” package includes everything listed in the “Cary Jane” package and an upgrade to the tier II wedding coordination service.
Date Retainer Fee & Lease Agreement
In order to hold a date for a regular wedding package, we require a $3,000 non-refundable date retainer fee and signed lease agreement.

Day of Wedding
· Greet couple upon arrival to farm

· Assist wedding party and couple with anything they may need prior to the ceremony
· Distribute bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages if necessary
· Set up any last-minute décor: place cards, light candles, table numbers, sign placement, and, etc.
· Organize wedding party prior to wedding and for grand entrance
· Facilitate/announce (with DJ) all events occurring within timeline
· At the end of reception, make sure couple have gifts, cards, cake, leftover food, etc.
WEDDING COORDINATION (TIER II)

Everything offered in Tier I with additional services that include setting up tables, chairs, linens, tableware, general decor and etc for the reception. This includes meeting with the couple a month before the wedding to go over set details.
