Josephine- $6875

Our base package includes an experienced day-of coordinator and an attentive clean-up crew. Our beautiful outdoor space is perfect for celebration tents, lawn games, and ceremonies, and guests can enjoy a cozy fire pit, stocked with plenty of wood and lit by our staff upon request. Ample on-site parking with an attendant makes things easy, and early venue access allows for decorating the day before and picking up décor the day after.

We have two charming spaces to get ready: the elegant “Wedding Suite,” with three rooms and a spacious bathroom, and the cozy “Grain Room.” We provide all the essentials, from farm tables and chairs to wooden ceremony benches, high-top tables, and a picture-perfect arbor. Clean restrooms offer comfort and scenic views of the surrounding farmland, making every moment of your day as beautiful as the setting.

Cary Jane- $7350

Our “Cary Jane” package includes everything listed in the “Josephine” package plus a two night stay at our historical farmhouse the night before the event and the night of. If you wish to start decorating early, you may purchase an extra night to gain access to the barn a day early. The farmhouse has 5 gorgeous bedrooms (sleeps 10) and has 3 bathrooms.

You must also sign a separate lease agreement for rental of the HHF farmhouse.

This special price includes house rental tax & cleaning fee.

Sadie Belle $8225

Our “Sadie Belle” package includes everything listed in the “Cary Jane” package and an upgrade to the tier II wedding coordination service.
