Plan Your Perfect Maine Barn Wedding Packages & Details
Josephine- $6950
Our base package includes an experienced day-of coordinator and an attentive clean-up crew. Our beautiful outdoor space is perfect for celebration tents, lawn games, and ceremonies, and guests can enjoy a cozy fire pit, stocked with plenty of wood and lit by our staff upon request. Ample on-site parking with an attendant makes things easy, and early venue access allows for decorating the day before and picking up décor the day after.
We have two charming spaces to get ready: the elegant “Wedding Suite,” with three rooms and a spacious bathroom, and the cozy “Grain Room.” We provide all the essentials, from farm tables and chairs to wooden ceremony benches, high-top tables, and a picture-perfect arbor. Clean restrooms offer comfort and scenic views of the surrounding farmland, making every moment of your day as beautiful as the setting. (Our space is perfect for 130 guests or less.)
Cary Jane- $7500
Our Cary Jane Package includes everything offered in the Josephine Package, plus a two-night stay in our beautiful historic farmhouse, which comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests.
The farmhouse features five beautiful bedrooms and three bathrooms, providing plenty of space for you and your closest family or friends to relax and enjoy the wedding weekend together.
If you’d like additional time for decorating, you may purchase an extra night in the farmhouse, which also gives you access to the barn one day earlier to begin setting up and decorating.
A separate lease agreement is required for the Harmony Hill Farm farmhouse.
Your special package rate includes the farmhouse rental, lodging tax, and cleaning fee.
Sadie Belle $8325
Our Sadie Belle Package includes everything offered in the Cary Jane Package, plus an upgrade to our Tier II Wedding Coordination Service.
With this upgrade, we take care of decorating the barn for you, using the décor and setup plan you provide. This allows you to spend the day before your wedding relaxing, enjoying time with family and friends, and soaking in the excitement—while we handle the setup!
Date Retainer Fee & Lease Agreement
In order to hold a date for a regular wedding package, we require a $3,000 non-refundable date retainer fee and signed lease agreement.

Enhance Your Wedding Weekend
Looking for a little extra help or a few special touches? These optional add-ons allow you to customize your Harmony Hill Farm wedding experience.
Harmony Hill Farm Officiant — $350
Need an officiant? We have an experienced officiant available to perform your ceremony and help make this important part of your day feel personal and meaningful.
Sound System Rental — $500
Our sound system can be used for both your ceremony and reception. We’ll take care of setting it up and making sure everything is ready to go. You’ll simply need to provide someone to serve as your MC to play your music and make announcements throughout the event.
Table Bussing Service — $150
If your caterer does not provide table bussing, we can arrange for staff to clear plates, cups, and other meal-related items from guest tables throughout dinner.
End-of-Evening Pizza Delivery — Pricing Varies
Who doesn’t love pizza after a night of celebrating? Add an end-of-the-evening pizza delivery for your guests to enjoy before heading home.
Additional Farmhouse Nights — $375 per night
Want to extend your stay? Additional nights may be added to your farmhouse rental for $375 per night.
The Cary Jane Package already includes a two-night farmhouse stay, but you are welcome to add additional nights. Stay before your wedding weekend for extra time to settle in and prepare, or add a few nights afterward to relax and enjoy the farm once the celebration is over.
Bonus: When you add a farmhouse night prior to your scheduled wedding weekend, you may also arrange for earlier access to the venue for decorating and setup.
Rehearsal Dinner Space — $500
Keep your rehearsal dinner right here at Harmony Hill Farm! We have a lovely smaller space that is perfect for gathering with your family and wedding party the evening before your wedding.
Make it as simple or as special as you’d like—a catered dinner, takeout from a favorite restaurant, pizza, potluck, or something completely your own. The important part is having a comfortable place to gather and enjoy the start of your wedding weekend.
Add-on services can be contracted at the time of deposit or up to sixty days prior to the wedding.
