Meet the Talented Vendors Who Bring Weddings at Harmony Hill Farm to Life
Here’s a list of our favorite vendors — we love working with them here on the farm!
Caterers:
Please note: We love to list caterers that we love, but we don’t list caterers that haven’t met our expectations. Please check with us first if you are hiring a caterer that is not on our preferred list!
Beverage/Bartending Service:
If you would like to provide your own alcohol, we require that you use Bittersweet Bar Service. for bartending. They are fully insured, wonderful to work with, and know Harmony Hill Farm very well! As an added perk, Bittersweet offers exclusive pricing for Harmony Hill Farm couples that provides a substantial savings compared with the standard pricing listed on their website.
If you would prefer a cash bar, you must hire an insured company that has the license to sell alcohol in the state of Maine. They must provide proof of their license to sell, proof of insurance and fill out required paperwork for the town of Warren. And, just like caterers, please get prior approval from us before contracting with a bartending company so that you hire a company who meet our expectations.
